This is the dress I wore to my cousin's Rustic Country wedding. The wedding took place outside, on her property in Mississippi. It took me forever to find something that wasn't the typical wedding attire. I knew for a fact, that wanted something long, and somewhat Grecian. Since I was also a hostess at the wedding, my dress needed to coordinate with my cousin's Country Glam theme. Her colors were champagne and gold, with hints of blush pink. I spent weeks searching for dresses in those hues, but couldn't find anything different or elegant enough.
I came across this dress, while shopping at Bloomingdale's a few weeks before the wedding. It must have been fate because I had checked Bloomie's weeks ago, and didn't see this dress.
I was shopping with my mom, aunt, and the soon to be bride my cousin, when I stumbled upon it. When I tried it on in the dressing room, my cousin started crying. I knew this had to be one, it was def a "Say Yes To The Dress" moment lol. We all agreed that the dress was super glam and the gold and jeweled detailing was just the icing on the cake.
